When you share your mail with other users, they will be able to help with your mail.

Enter Share My Mailbox in the Settings - Account Information of the mailbox to add the users email address to share and set up corresponding privileges.

You can set up privileges for other users to process your mail: Read-only, delegate and on your behalf. The default privilege is Read-only.

Read-only: Only shared emails can be viewed without other actions.

Delegate: You can view the shared mailbox, use the authorized account to send email, change the unread status, and delete emails.

On your behalf: You can view the shared mailbox, send email on behalf of the authorizer, but cannot change the unread status or delete emails.

Coremail holiday/out-of-office reply is available when you are on vacation or on the go. During this time, when someone sends you a mail, you will receive an automatic response from the system. You can set the time, body, and destination by going to "Settings" - "Deliver" - "Auto reply".

• 1) Click "Personal Settings" in the profile picture at the top right corner of the email page;
• 2) On the "Settings" page, click "Style Settings" in "General Settings";
• 3) Choose your preferred interface style, theme and language

• 1) Go to the mailbox "Settings";
• 2) Click "Profile" in "Account Information" and fill in the name you want to display;
• 3) Click "OK" to complete the operation;

When you send an email, your name will appear in the "From" field of the outgoing mail.

Provide the basic parameters of the mailbox, you can set the display style and some operating habits according to your own requirements.

The recommended options are all marked with "Recommended Choice", which is also the default for the mailbox. You can change the parameter settings at any time with your familiarity and operating habits.

In the signature option set in the mailbox, you can set some text yourself, so that when you write an email, you can select one of the set signatures as the email, and automatically post it after the email.

How to create a signature:

• 1) Open the "Settings" page, enter "Signature File Settings" in "Account Information", and enter the "Signature File" page;
• 2) Fill in the signature of the "Add" signature edit box (such as private and business mail classification), fill in the signature content in the "Signature Content" box, such as your Signature, company name, phone number, etc.; can be set as default signature, and can set the location of the signature file;
• 3) Finally, click "Add" to create the signature file.

After setting inbox rules, the system will handle the received mail differently.

Setting method:

• 1) Enter the mailbox "Settings", select "mail from the mail" in the "Mail Management" page;
• 2) On the "mail of Filter" page, click the "Add" button;
• 3) Enter the name of the mail filter rule, choose whether to use this rule, and check whether the rule continues after the rule;
• 4) Select the conditions of this rule, which can be set by email source, recipient, subject, and length;
• 5) Select the operation of this rule to reject the email or forward it to the specified user and specified file. Folder, or use automatic reply;
• 6) Click the "OK" button to complete the setup.
