Enables you with a completely private, secure Internet space. Through the Drive, you can store a variety of personal files on the Internet, and have the same file operations as the local hard disk, such as delete, copy, move, find, and so on. The Drive is convenient to carry, the content is easy to modify, safe and reliable, and it is easy to share pictures and other files with other friends and relatives. The storage, modification, management, sharing, and transmission of personal files can be easily solved on the Web.

Click 'Personal Drive' on the file center in the left bar to enter Personal Drive. You can:

1) Upload multiple files by selecting file path and file to be uploaded. After selected, please click 'OK';

2) Create a new folder and enter the new folder name;

3) Select files of Personal Drive and click 'Download';

4) Select the file to delete, and click 'Delete'. Click 'OK' on the pop-up to confirm delete;

5) Move to change folder save path;

6) More to download and edit Personal Drive, and view sharing;

7) 'Sharing setting', 'Download', 'Upload' and 'Rename' can be found in the folder list. You can set 'Public to login user', 'Public to the organization', and 'Public to designated users' in 'Sharing setting';

8) you can 'Download' a single file, 'Preview', 'Send', click 'Send' and jump to the 'Compose' page in the file list. The file will automatically save as an attachment, and you can write the content.

The Online file storage provides a large file network temporary storage service, such as 1G storage capacity (does not occupy mailbox capacity), supports uploading files up to 1G, and saves files for 7 days after uploading. The Online file storage can help you to flexibly transfer files between multiple computers, such as transferring files between your home computer and work computer. It can also send large attachments to solve the problem of limited size of traditional mail attachments. You can also view the download history in the Online file storage to enhance file management.

We know that ordinary "mail attachments" are generally 20M, 30M (specifically set by the administrator), but also worry about whether the other party's mailbox can receive such a large attachment. Now, if your mailbox has a Online file storage open, your mail's large attachment can reach 1G (specifically set by the administrator) and can be sent to any email address. The recipient only receives the download link for the large file, which is not limited by the size of the other mailbox.

Note: You can do this through IE browser, which is currently not supported by Firefox/Chrome/Safari browser.

Upload control supports breakpoint resuming and display upload progress, and supports simultaneous uploading of multiple files to ensure the speed and stability of uploading.

The recipient actually receives a file download address with a time limit, so it has nothing to do with how many attachments the recipient's mailbox supports. The other party only needs to download the file according to the address in the email. If you send a large attachment that exceeds the expiry date, the number of downloads exceeds the limit, or if you have deleted the oversized attachment, the other party will not be able to download the oversized attachment.

In addition, you can check if the other party has successfully downloaded your large file by using the "search" function in the Online file storage.
