How to send encrypted email?

You can edit your email in the compose page after login, then select 'Encrypt email' under edit box, and set up a 6-digit password, or select 'Save password in sent email', and click 'Send'; as shown:

(If you've selected 'Save password in sent email' when sending, you can check the password of this encrypted email by viewing this email in 'Sent' folder. If you do not select it, the password will never be saved). I received an encrypted message, how to decrypt it?

• 1) If you are using a Coremail mailbox: After logging in to the mailbox, you can view the encryption. The encryption is displayed in a small icon with a lock in front of the subject. Click the mail name and enter the password in the yellow prompt area above the content to decrypt it successfully. (Note: If you receive encrypted emails by Coremail mailboxes Client, we recommend that you open a browser and view encrypted emails on the page due to different Client)
• 2) If you use non-Coremail mailbox:
  Method 1: forward the mail to the mailbox supported by Coremail (such as, Netease mailbox), and enter password to decrypt when reading.

How to encrypt Drive and folder?

Users can lock to protect the data of Drive and Custom folder in the mailbox. The security lock can prevent others from using and peeking at private files from triple protection:

• Password verification required to enter locked range.
• Password verification required to search locked-in email.
• Password verification required to clear or delete locked folders.
