After logging in to your mailbox, click on the "Received" button at the top of the main menu on the left, and you will be taken to the inbox to see the mails you received.

If the other party is sent in secret, you will not be able to see your email address directly in the recipient list. If youre in Outlook, you can see your email address on the "Bcc" line by right-clicking on the mail "Properties" - "Details".

• 1) The MX related record was not set correctly. Troubleshoot with the Dig command or Nslookup;
• 2) Network failure or firewall. You can check it out on port 25 of the Telnet mail server on the external network;
• 3) The mail server of the other party is faulty. You can check if you receive a mail from another site;
• 4) Fill in the recipients email address incorrectly. For example, if more Chinese spaces are added, please send the received bounce mail to us for troubleshooting;
• 5) trig local rules. Please ask the sender to provide us with a mail of return;
• 6) human cause. For example, the user has set up forwarding on Webmail, but it is not saved locally. Please check the configuration for troubleshooting;
• 7) Other reasons. If there is no problem with the above checks, please contact our customer service staff.

In rare cases, when the senders mailbox space is small, if the sent mail is not sent out for some reason, the bounce mail is returned to the original senders mailbox space. The mail could not be delivered normally.

Under normal circumstances, mail will not be deleted automatically. However, if you place the message in the "Deleted" folder, the system will automatically clear the mails in the "Deleted" folder for 30 days. In addition, the system automatically clears the mails in the "spam" mail folder for 30 days.

If you have not received a email, please check your mailbox for any issues. You can use the following methods to test:

• 1) Check if the mailbox capacity is full. If it is, you must first delete some mails or use Outlook Express to collect all the mail to make room.
• 2) Send yourself an email. If the email is normal and you can receive the email, it means that your email is normal and there is no problem.
• 3) Check if spam filtering is not set properly. Open "Settings", click on "Inbox rules" to see if you have ever set up the recipient filter and check if there is any improper setting.
• 4) Check if the friends address has been mistakenly added to the blacklist. Open "Settings" and click on "Blacklist" to see if your friends address is there. If the blacklist incorrectly joins the friends email address, you can receive the other partys mail after deleting.

You can contact the other party to see if there is a bounce, or contact our email administrator.

Use Outlook. Outlook Express. Foxmail, etc. to collect mail to your local computer hard drive and save it. Users are advised to use this method as much as possible. This has the following advantages:

• 1) Reserve enough mailbox space at all times.
• 2) Viewing email history is fast and efficient.
• 3) You can view email history, etc. exclude being connected to the Internet.

• 1) Delete the mail
• Select the mail you want to delete and click the "Delete" button at the top left or bottom left of the page to delete the mail to the "Deleted" folder.
• 2) Delete the mail completely
• To delete the mail in the Deleted folder. Please open the "Deleted" folder, select the mail that needs to be completely deleted, click the "Delete" button to complete; click the "blank" button will completely delete all the mails in the "Deleted" folder.
• 3) To delete mails directly from your inbox exclude deleting them to the middle of the Deleted folder, select the mail you want to delete and click the "Delete" button Just fine.
• 4) If you need to completely delete the email while reading the email, just click the "Delete Delete" button above.
• Note: mails that are completely deleted cannot be restored. Therefore, please use this operation with caution.

This may be because the previous DNS resolution was not refreshed, or the internal DNS settings are incorrect. Please contact your organizations network administrator to assist with the correction.

If you no longer wish to receive emails from someone, you can choose the "Reject Mail" action:

• 1) On the Read page, select Reject in More Receive mail , remind whether to join the "blacklist", click "OK", then the recipient is blacklisted;
• 2) In the mailing list page of a folder, select to reject Mail, click the "Reject Mail" button on the page, it will also remind you to join, "blacklist", click "OK", the system will add the address to the blacklist, to achieve the purpose of rejecting the mail sent by this address .
• Any future emails from this address will not be sent to your inbox.

You can receive emails from multiple mailboxes at the same time, saving you time to receive emails one by one.

Setting method: Click "Connected accounts" in "Account Information" in "Settings" on the left side of the email page, fill in the address and password of other mailboxes you want to collect, and select the receiving server. And receive the folder, and finally click "Save Changes".

After setup, Click on the top of the page to receive the mail, the system will start receiving mail from other mailboxes.

When you view the contents of a folder, the mails in the folder are automatically sorted by the date they were sent. The "Send Time" link has a downward arrow mark to the right.

To sort the mails in the folder by sender, click the subject of the "From" field. Similarly, you can sort your mails in any folder. To reverse sort a mail (that is, from the back to the front instead of from the front to the back), click on the subject and the arrow changes to point in the opposite direction.

The status bar in your inbox shows the status of your mail:

	Unopened mails indicating new arrivals and you have not read them
	Indicates a mail session
	Means that you have replied this mail
	Means that you have forwarded the mail to someone else
	Means that you have replied to this email and forwarded it to others
	Indicates that this mail has been set up Send a mail
	Indicates that this mail is a mail marked "low priority"
	Indicates that the mail has been marked as: Urgent Mail
	Indicates that this email has no virus
	Indicates that the virus attached to this mail has been cleared
	Indicates that the mail is virus-free and failed to clean
	Indicates that it is not possible to determine if there is a virus in this email. /td>

You can manage these mailboxes more easily by viewing these statuses.

• 1) Please check the folder containing the mails to be marked. (can be an "inbox" or other folder)
• 2) Select the mail you want to tag
• 3) Click the "Marker" drop-down list on the page
• 4) Select the status of the mail you want to tag from the drop-down list. (New Mail, Read, Urgent, Normal, Slow)
• Alternatively, you can also click the flag in front of the subject of the mail on the mailing list page, and the subject and flag will be highlighted in red.

By default, the system will automatically clear the mail in the [Deleted] folder 30 days ago. Therefore, please do not put the useful mail in the [Deleted] folder to ensure your mail is safe.

Our mailing list is sorted by date, and the latest date is ranked first. It is likely that your new mail will be displayed a long time ago. In the last few pages of the email, you need to click "Next Page" until a new mail is found.

Go to "File Management" in "Advanced Features" in "Settings" to create a new folder.

For self-built folders, you can blank, rename, delete, click the corresponding link in the "Action" column on the right.

Do not provide delete function for non-blank folders, so as to ensure that mail will not be lost due to misuse, that is, you can only delete this folder if there is no mail in the folder. Therefore, to delete a non-blank folder, you must first delete all the mails in that folder.

You can use the mail top function to place frequently viewed emails, agency emails, important emails, etc. at the top of the mailing list, so you can quickly open and view them.

On the mailing list page, you can select the mail that needs to be topped (support bulk settings), click "mark as", select "top mail", you can put the mail first. Similarly, after selecting a mail that does not require a top, and then selecting "Unpin", you can move the mail back from the top area to the original location.

You can set up the top-level mail for this folder, not only in your inbox, but also in drafts, sent folders, deleted folders, spam, and virus folders. Each folder is set to top mails, and only the built-in top of the folder is valid.

For the mail being read, you can add the sender and the CC, the Bcc, and other contact email addresses associated with the email to the address book, and specify the group of contacts. The default is communication. "Ungrouped" in the record. Clicking "Add all to personal address book" after the sender will pop up a prompt at the top of the menu bar: "Add new XXX, XXX to personal address book, [Modify]". Then click the "Modify" pop-up dialog box to edit the contact information.

Coremail offers a variety of color category tags. You can mark the mail by selecting "Other colors" in the "Mark as" drop-down menu in the menu bar of the inbox and selecting one of the colors. You can also click on the flag after the topic on the reading page. Make category tags.

For the mail you are reading, move the mouse to the sender address bubble, the senders business card appears, and click "View Mail" in the business card to view all the sender-related mails.

For mails with attachments, you can reply or reply with the attachment of the original mail. In the reading page menu, you can choose to select "Reply with attachment" in the "Reply" button; "Respond to all" button to select "Reply with attachment".
