Calendar: To provide multiple features including adding schedule, schedule notification, categories management and meeting arrangement. You can manage your daily schedule and time effectively, and improve work efficiency. You will never miss any important meeting or date by enabling this feature.

Mailbox access: Login mailbox and click "Calendar" on the left bar.

Click added schedule to check part of schedule information. The page displays basic information, frequency and notification methods of schedule and events as following.

There are three buttons under event information: Edit completely to edit schedule, Delete to delete schedule and Close to go back to views.

You can add calendar on Coremail by methods:

• 1) move the mouse to a specific day on Day, Week and Month view and click 'Add event';
• 2) click [+] on the top of the page to add schedule;

The page of adding event includes: basic information, recipient of invitation, frequency and notification methods. Fill the information before saving the event to add schedule.

If you want to invite others to the meeting, please select 'Send notification to recipients of invitation' to send invitation email.

Tips: External contacts, department and mail list cannot be the recipients of invitation.

Click Arrange time and meeting room and recipients of invitation on the right bar to view the busy-free status.

View up to three meeting rooms/recipients of invitation each time. If you want to view status of other recipients, please click original meeting room and recipients of invitation on the right bar to cancel.

• You can select Accept, Not sure and Reject when you receive a meeting invitation. The meeting organizer will receive your reply instantly.

  

• You can delete single schedule by methods:

  • 1) click [Delete event] link under Day, Week and Month view;
  • 2) click schedule to the full page and click Delete button at the bottom of the page to bulk delete schedules.

• Batch to delete schedules:

  • Select multiple schedules in the "event" page by selecting the previous checkbox, and click "Delete" to batch to delete schedules.

    

You can quickly locate the schedule by searching keyword on Quick Search on the top left of Event view of Managing schedule.

You can type keywords on the search bar and click Search as shown above. The system will match schedules with keywords in event name, location and description, and display the result in the middle area.

Schedule sync refers to add, edit and delete schedules on Webmail, and sync the schedules on Outlook with Webmail and vice versa.There is no need to worry that you will confuse your schedules due to the inconsistency between Webmail and Outlook when you are using Outlook Client.You can sync Coremail schedules with Outlook and other Clients, But if you want to sync your schedules with mobile terminals, you should purchase Coremail Push.Please install Coremail contacts plugin to two-way sync Outlook schedule and Coremail server.

Click the settings in the upper right corner of my schedule to manage schedule. By selecting Settings and Sharing, and setting up shared people and corresponding privileges, you can set privileges for other users to process the schedule: View and Edit.
View: You can only view the sharing schedule without any operation.
Edit: Edit your schedule.
